Why St.Albert?
St. Albert is a family-friendly city located only 20 minutes from downtown Edmonton, situated three miles east of Edmonton along the St. Albert Trail. Of the over 56,000 residents, St. Albert’s largest population groupings are in the 5-19 and 30-49 age ranges. Quality education, a low crime rate, the second highest per capita income in Alberta, and a truly beautiful city makes St. Albert a welcoming environment for any family.
St. Albert offers an excellent mix of housing styles. Established neighborhoods include Grandin, Lacombe Park, Forest Lawn, Braeside, Sturgeon, Woodlands, Akinsdale, Mission, Ironwood Point and Pineview.
As families grow and mature, parents are delighted to be living as close to higher education facilities. This enables children to be able to stay at home and use the great transportation service thereby reducing education costs. Bussing is also provided to major shopping centers, Parliament Buildings and downtown Edmonton for the benefit of the work force.
